Lebanon Elks Lodge #635 is more than just a clubhouse — it’s a place where friends gather, families connect, and the community finds real support. From helping kids thrive and stay drug-free to stepping up for local needs and honoring our veterans, the Elks are rooted in service and tradition.

If you already know a member:
Ask them to bring you by the Lodge! Come enjoy a social night, check out one of our events, and see firsthand what our Lodge community is all about.

If you’re new to the Elks family:
No problem — we’d love to meet you. Reach out to Lee Ellis at 317-753-4093 and let him know you’re interested in joining. He’ll share the application and guide you through the steps.

Joining is simple.

Membership forms are available at the Lodge, or you can download and print one anytime. After you’ve had a chance to meet a few members and get a feel for the Lodge, fill out your application with your sponsor and co-sponsor — and you’ll be on your way to joining one of Lebanon’s most active and community-minded organizations.
